Opening of Cardinal Smales Road
We are excited to announce the opening of our newest warehouse, located in Smales Road, East Tamaki.
We are excited to announce the opening of our newest warehouse, located in Smales Road, East Tamaki. This latest addition fits nicely within our national network of warehouses and takes our total pallet-holding to 175,000 pallets.
The East Tamaki site boasts a 10,000 sqm area, holding 16,000 pallets. It is a specialist site for full pallet movements and will house a number of our retail customers who require transfers back to their own plants or large DCs.
But we’re not stopping here. We have a pipeline of new opportunities on the horizon, and our customers continue to increase their brands and holdings, so we are planning to expand into a further warehouse in the second half of 2022 ahead of our Drury Warehouse opening in 2023 (which will have a 60,000 pallet capacity!)
Maintaining the right portfolio of yard, warehouse and freight space for our customers, underpins our infrastructure investment decisions. If you are considering your current space options, please get in touch.
